Took a day trip back up to Algonquin to see the colours up there. Made for a long day but well worth it.

Glanced out the window and noticed the sky and quickly grabbed the camera and headed out to the Slovak Cathedral of the Transfiguration church. Things began to turn dark quickly and snapped a photo before I even got to where I wanted, and by that time, the lighting disappeared.

Need to keep an eye on the clouds, might have to head up to Lake Wilcox again.

Camped up at Mew Lake this past weekend, guess this sort of draws the end of summer. Will probably head back up there for a day to see the fall colours

I am kicking myself for NOT stopping on the side of the road to take a closer look at the water plane that was docked (still in Algonquin Park) on the way home.

Met up with a few friends (Trish, Sue, Sushant) in Brampton and headed over to Georgetown to check out the Limerock Rapids ….

And finally seen the Snowbirds in action, haven’t seen them for quite a long time.
